This policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from visitors to the Interasis AI website and from businesses that connect WhatsApp to our platform.

Data collected
We may collect information voluntarily provided by you through contact forms or chat interactions. We also use essential cookies for site operation.
WhatsApp and data received from Meta
When a business connects WhatsApp to Interasis AI through Meta's official API, we receive and store the messages exchanged with that business's customers, the contact's phone number and profile name, the WhatsApp Business Account identifiers (WABA, phone number ID) and the access token granted by Meta. This data is used only so the AI assistant can reply to the business's customers, schedule appointments, show the conversation history to the business itself, and let a human agent take over the conversation. Access tokens are stored encrypted.
Use and sharing of information
The information collected is used exclusively to provide the contracted service, enhance your experience, and respond to contact requests. We do not sell personal data. Data is processed only by the providers required to operate the service: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (hosting and database) and OpenAI (AI model that generates the replies). We do not use data received from Meta for advertising.
Retention
We keep data while the business customer uses the service. When WhatsApp is disconnected or the contract ends, access tokens are deleted immediately and conversations are deleted upon request, as described below.
How to request deletion of your data
You can request deletion of your data at any time, including messages exchanged on WhatsApp with a business that uses Interasis AI. Send an email to contato@interasisai.com.br with the subject "Data deletion", including the phone number or email used. We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can also send "STOP" on WhatsApp so the assistant stops replying to your number.
Security
We employ technical and organizational measures to protect your data. The site uses secure connection (HTTPS) and secure development practices.
